Edit: Just realized this shield may currently only be viewable by admins, working on changing that setting.
Just to avoid any confusion going forward, you can tell someone is an actual team member when they have this shield icon next to their username (you must click on their username to be brought to their user summary). If someone claims to be from the core team or support, but doesn’t have this icon, they’re lying.
