Hello Martians!
In this post I’ll try to explain leaderboard feature and it’s value.
Leaderboard will be the key feature to the competitive user engagement part.
Leaderboard will work in combination with User Profile (to set usernames and track users’ ranking in the leaderboard table) and Colony Development score (will be one of the main ranks in the app to track).
Users will be able to compete between their avatars (LVL, XP , Amount of missions passed) and with other users (Colony Development Score - CDS, CLNY burned, Amount of missions passed).
Bringing in this feature also means that we’ll start holding different weekly / monthly competitions and events.
Feature values:

Engagement - increase MAU (Monthly Active Users).

Retention - increase user retention to 80%.
