Create guilds/ally and mark allies on the map

I want to propose to create a function for kind of guilds - the lands of allies and possibly opponents are highlighted on the map

The guilds infrastructure can be created by the community. Mars Colony is (looks like) open enough to have such kind of tools built on it. Anyone who would like to lead this project? :slight_smile:
