Here are RPCs you can use if you have issues.
To change RPC simply open your Metamask go to / Networks / Add Network.
Then tape in any of the following RPCs

I) OFFICIAL H1 RPC (frequently inoperable, yet still usable when the network isn’t too busy)

This is very useful. I found the official one(first one) to be too frustrating to use. Often times transactions are failing, waiting time is closer to 20 seconds, than it is to 2 seconds. It really is terrible in comparison with others.
I think people should try alternatives, because right now they work like the official one used to work year ago.

I find myself switching between them in order to get my transactions through more quickly. Hope Harmony creates a RPC pool for load balancing of these. I think I had even posted something to that effect on the talk.harmony.one forum.
