It won't let me claim my clny

Hello, I just bought land and there is 1.7 clny I am able to claim. However when I attempt to claim it says pending and then fails. I have watched the video and followed the instructions it has failed every time. The metamask pops up I confirm it and then it fails.

What am I doing wrong ?

Adjust the GAS of your fox wallet to 30.

Yep in most of the cases its gas issues or something with Harmony network.
