Problems
- The work with community feedback is highly inefficient. The feedback is segregated across forums, Discord, Telegram, social media channels.
- The major community requests are unknown. There’s no place for the community to show their interest and vote for the proposals.
- It’s unclear what community suggestions are in work by the MC team, what is in review, what is denied.
Solution
Implement the community feedback management system. The community members would be able to log in with one click, leave a proposal, vote for other proposals, track the development progress of the requested feature on a single simple dashboard.
